LOYALTY CARD

For clients who wish to enjoy longer-lasting care of their face or need longer-term medical care in this area, we have a LOYALTY CARD scheme available, offering purchases of medical procedures and medical cosmetic services at discounts ranging from 3% to 10%.

4 YEARS OF CORRECTIO BENEFITS:

• 1 year – purchases totalling up to €700 at a 3% discount
• 1 year – purchases totalling from €701 to €1,500 at a 5% discount
• 2 years – purchases totalling €1,501 or more at a 10% discount

CARD

• The loyalty card is registered in the client’s name only and is non-transferable.
• It can be used at either of Correctio’s two branches in Prešov and Bratislava.
• It applies to the purchase of medical procedures and medical cosmetic services, but cannot be used for the purchase of the Medical Cosmetics range.
• Card validity: 4 years from issue.

The cardholder is entitled to receive benefits when paying in cash or by card. A card cannot be accepted after a receipt has been issued.
