PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION UNDER THE GDPR REGULATION AND ACT NO 18/2018

It is in our interest, as the personal data controller (Correctio), to protect your privacy. Please read the following information before providing any personal data on this website.

Your personal data is stored in separate databases or email accounts stored on servers in the Slovak Republic that are accessible only to authorised persons using a separate login name and strong password. This data is backed up on a daily basis.

Besides authorised persons of the controller, recipients of personal data include entities providing an IT service/support/outsourcing and IT development for the operator (Ardeny, s.r.o., Janouškova 6, 080 01, Prešov, Reg. No 36506737), webhosting services (Websupport, s.r.o., Staré Grunty 12, 841 04, Bratislava, Reg. No 36 421 928), website traffic measurements (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), a newsletter system (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA), and social media linking (Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland).

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organisation (if it does intend to do so, the third country/international organisation and “appropriate safeguards” must be identified). The provision of personal data and your consent to the processing thereof is voluntary. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending notice of your withdrawal of consent to the operator's address. Withdrawal of consent takes effect on the day such notice is served.
